The art object is a woodcut print that features a small country town with a cluster of buildings. In the background, the sky is dark, gray with trees lining against it on the left side of the composition. In the middle of the piece is a cluster of cream and tan buildings such as small houses, a church, watertower, and a silo amonst other structures. In the forground are well defined farm fields to give the piece a sense of depth. On the left side of the foreground, are vertical rows in colors of green, gray, and details of yellow. On the right side are horizonatal farm rows in colors of green and gray.
