The art object is an oil painting that depicts a cluster of buildings at night. In the background, the sky is rendered with hues of dark blue and black. There are multiple chimneys that shoot up into the sky, each of them connected to stacked city buildings. The buldings are comprised in hues of olive green, white, gray, and black. Some of the windows of the buildings prvide a sense of presence, as some of them appear to be glowing with an interior source of light.
