Dublin Core

Subject

The art object is a black and white etching depicting five figures sitting side by side.

Description

The art object is a black and white etching depicting five Vietnamese figures sitting side by side. In the first row of figures are four women. There is emphasis placed on their facial features, since their eyes, noses, and mouths are particularly prominent. A smaller figure, which appears to be a child, sits in front of one of the women while holding her hand. Each of the figures are looking outwards to different directions. Each of the figures are portrayed wearing long-sleeves shirts and black pants. They are bare footed as well.
