Description

The art object is a woodcut print of a tree branch with it leaves of varying yellows, oranges, and greens touching the surface of a body of water. The colors of the leaves are brilliant in hue compared to the calm blue of the body of water that they overhang. At various points in the composition, expanding ripples are emphasized from where the foliage touch the surface of the water.
